Born and raised south of Pittsburgh, PA. Alan attended and is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, (Bachelors of Science in Business Administration). He is also a Graduate of the American Institute of Banking. Alan has had a long term banking career spanning over 25 years of experience. His 25 years of background include commercial real estate lending, residential real estate lending, retail banking, property management, and property disposition. He has been Sr. Management of the majority of banks he has been associated. He has 1st hand experience in the foreclosure markets. His most recent 10+ years has been focused in the Naples market dealing in both commercial and residential markets. Naples is his home and where he has resided for the past 10 years. He has bought and sold properties himself in the Naples/Marco Island area. His most recognized employment while in Naples has been with Bank of Naples and TIB Bank. Alan is a Florida Licensed Realtor and will soon have his CAM (Community Association Manager) License. Some of the community and service associations that he has participated in are the Naples Chamber of Commerce, Collier Building Industry Association – Board Member of the Remodelers Council, United Way, Jr. Achievement, and Mortgage Bankers of SW FL. He is married to his wife Cathy and has 2 daughters, Sarah and Abby. He loves to spend time with family, jet ski in and around Keewaydin up to Wiggins Pass, ride bicycles in and around the Gulf Shore/Moorings area down to Port Royal, participate where he can at Gulf View Middle School, and attend church in downtown Naples at St Ann.
